Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ years experience as Associate Manager and/or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for 85-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate computer and restaurant equipment
  • Personal vehicle for transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promotes

  • Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency

  • Lead daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service and food quality
  • Address guest concerns promptly to maintain the brand's image
  • Analyze financial performance and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining compliance
