The Park Manager role is a senior leadership position designed to oversee and coordinate all aspects of this bustling restaurant’s day-to-day operations. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Proven experience in staff development, training, and performance management
  • Strong operational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Proficient in restaurant management software systems (POS, scheduling, reservations)
  • Must have or be willing to obtain ServeSafe certification and ABC Manager's license
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience
  • Lead by example and train staff to deliver outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Mediate guest complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our operating systems (PosiTouch, Open Table, Highrise) to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and cost-effectiveness
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of all staff members
  • Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleaning schedules and coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance and repairs
  • Work closely with the chef to ensure consistent high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Collaborate with the bar manager to establish weekly liquor needs and maintain beverage standards
  • Ensure compliance with Park operational standards and all applicable laws regarding food handling and alcohol service
  • Act as an ambassador for The Park, fostering relationships with customers and building our community presence
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with the owner and contribute to the development of growth strategies
