Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven experience in staff development, training, and performance management
- Strong operational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Proficient in restaurant management software systems (POS, scheduling, reservations)
- Must have or be willing to obtain ServeSafe certification and ABC Manager's license
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience
- Lead by example and train staff to deliver outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations
- Mediate guest complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our operating systems (PosiTouch, Open Table, Highrise) to ensure efficient operations
- Manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of all staff members
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleaning schedules and coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance and repairs
- Work closely with the chef to ensure consistent high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service
- Collaborate with the bar manager to establish weekly liquor needs and maintain beverage standards
- Ensure compliance with Park operational standards and all applicable laws regarding food handling and alcohol service
- Act as an ambassador for The Park, fostering relationships with customers and building our community presence
- Facilitate ongoing communication with the owner and contribute to the development of growth strategies
