Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- food safety certification
- ability to work mornings and weekends
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- capability to manage both kitchen and dining operations
- proficiency in handling daily administrative tasks

Job Qualifications

- proven experience in restaurant management or leadership roles

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of restaurant operations including front and back of house
- strong problem-solving abilities
- ability to handle urgent customer and employee concerns
- experience in staff recruitment and training
Job Duties
- Learns and supports the You First culture and core values
- puts their supervisory skills to work making sure daily operations run according to plan and with high standards
- understands that recipes must be followed strictly
- knows and works to exceed the restaurant's sales and traffic goals
- coaches and observes the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- understands and implements the 10 Commitments
- responds promptly to customer and employee concerns
- takes immediate ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- is certified in food safety and coaches safe food handling
- scouts for and interviews candidates to join the team
- secures company assets including computers, POS, and security systems
- understands the responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
- stops inappropriate behavior and investigates as needed
- trains, coaches, and develops team members daily
- recognizes outstanding performance
- accounts for all daily revenues and deposits
- completes administrative duties and submits required paperwork on time
