Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Certification in food safety or capability to obtain within a reasonable period
- Availability to work morning and daytime hours only
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team
- Strong communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years old to enroll in 401(k) and other benefit programs

- Certification in food safety or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Learn and support our You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Follow and enforce company recipes and food sourcing standards
- Understand and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- Implement the 10 Commitments actively
- Respond with urgency to customer and employee concerns
- Communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- Maintain certification in food safety and coach staff in safe food handling
- Scout and interview candidates
- Secure company assets including POS and equipment
- Understand key responsibilities of every restaurant position
- Enforce appropriate behavior and investigate issues
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize outstanding performance
- Account for daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
