Job Qualifications

- proven experience in restaurant management or leadership

- demonstrated ability to meet sales and traffic goals
- problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- ability to train and develop team members
Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- put supervisory skills to work making sure daily operations run according to plan and with high standards
- understand and ensure that recipes are followed
- know restaurant sales and traffic goals and work to exceed them
- coach and observe the implementation of the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- put the company's 10 Commitments into action
- respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- communicate and take ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- maintain food safety certification and coach team members in safe food handling
- scout and interview candidates to join the team
- secure company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems and equipment
- understand the responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
- immediately address inappropriate behavior and investigate as needed
- train, coach, and develop team members daily
- recognize outstanding performance
- account for all daily revenues and deposits
- complete administrative duties and submit required paperwork on time
