Job Requirements

- Food safety certification
- Prior experience in restaurant management or similar role preferred
- Ability to work morning shifts with no night shifts
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and urgent issues

- Food safety certification required

- Ability to coach and develop team members effectively

- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and standard office software

Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Follow recipes strictly to maintain food quality
- Know and work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and observe the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table
- Implement the 10 Commitments in daily actions
- Respond urgently to customer and employee concerns
- Take ownership of repair and maintenance issues immediately
- Be certified in food safety and coach team in safe food handling
- Continuously scout for and interview new team candidates
- Secure company assets including computers, POS, and equipment
- Understand key responsibilities of every restaurant position
- Stop and investigate any inappropriate behavior
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize outstanding performance
- Account for all daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and submit required paperwork on time
