Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Food safety certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work morning shifts without night shifts
- Must be able to manage staff and daily operations effectively
- Willingness to address customer and employee concerns promptly
- Ability to train, coach and develop a team
- Capability to oversee administrative responsibilities
- Must be at least 21 years old to participate in 401(k) program

Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Ensure adherence to recipes and food quality standards
- Work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
- Coach and observe First Watch Five Steps of Service implementation at every table
- Apply and enforce the 10 Commitments in daily actions
- Respond swiftly to customer and employee concerns
- Manage repair and maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain food safety certification and coach safe food handling
- Scout for and interview potential team members
- Secure company assets including computers, point of sale, security systems and equipment
- Understand key responsibilities of every restaurant position
- Address and investigate inappropriate behavior immediately
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize and reward exceptional performance
- Account for daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
