- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work mornings and weekends

- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle customer concerns professionally

Job Duties
- Learn and support the You First culture and core values
- Put supervisory skills to work ensuring daily operations run according to plan and high standards
- Understand and adhere to recipe and food quality standards
- Know restaurant sales and traffic goals and work to exceed them
- Coach and observe First Watch Five Steps of Service being implemented at every table
- Understand and put into action the 10 Commitments
- Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
- Communicate and take immediate ownership of repair and maintenance issues
- Be certified in food safety and coach in all areas of safe food handling
- Scout and interview candidates to join the team
- Keep company assets secure including computers, point of sale, security systems and equipment
- Understand the key responsibilities of every restaurant position
- Address inappropriate behavior and investigate as needed
- Train, coach, and develop team members daily
- Recognize exceptional performance
- Account for all daily revenues and deposits
- Complete administrative duties and submit paperwork on time
