Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
  • minimum of 5 years restaurant experience
  • developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to maintain compliance with local, state and federal laws
  • knowledge of upscale or fine dining service and sales skills
  • ability to supervise, train and motivate multiple employee levels
  • ability to assess and evaluate employee performance
  • extensive knowledge of food industry and competitive markets
  • knowledge of revenue management
  • participation in financial and operational goal development
  • knowledge of fine dining or upscale restaurant service and salesmanship
