The Restaurant Marketing Manager role based in Baltimore is a dynamic position focused on driving brand growth and boosting community engagement. This salaried position offers compensation between $55,000 and $60,000 annually, reflecting Aramark’s dedication to providing competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will blend strategic planning with creative storytelling to elevate the restaurant’s brand presence, attract and retain guests, and support business growth through local marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research such as focus groups and competitive pricing analysis to better understand the customer base and market trends. The manager will also innovate marketing plans and develop tactics to promote existing and new restaurant locations, aiming to enhance sales, guest visitation, and customer satisfaction.

In addition to launching annual campaigns supported by oral and written presentations tailored to various target groups, the manager will provide sales support through business development initiatives, including client business reviews and sales presentations. Job Requirements

  • b.a. in marketing, advertising, business administration or equivalent marketing experience
  • at least 2 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience
  • valid driver's license and vehicle

Job Duties
