Job Requirements
- High school diploma or high school equivalency required
- three plus years of restaurant management experience
- valid manager food safety certification or ability to obtain one
- able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- good hearing for safety and communication
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- valid or obtainable manager food safety certification
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Lead and model the 1-4-7 philosophy to ensure excellent guest service
- manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- train, coach, counsel, and develop team members
- maximize sales and profitability while controlling expenses
- handle guest complaints and maintain food quality and safety standards
- ensure compliance with labor laws and food safety regulations
- implement company strategic vision and local marketing initiatives
