Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or high school equivalency required
  • three plus years of restaurant management experience
  • valid manager food safety certification or ability to obtain one
  • able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
  • good hearing for safety and communication
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • valid or obtainable manager food safety certification
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and model the 1-4-7 philosophy to ensure excellent guest service
  • manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • train, coach, counsel, and develop team members
  • maximize sales and profitability while controlling expenses
  • handle guest complaints and maintain food quality and safety standards
  • ensure compliance with labor laws and food safety regulations
  • implement company strategic vision and local marketing initiatives
