Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Mexican restaurant environment
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Food handler's card required upon hiring
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable transportation to multiple store locations
- Strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a Taquero in a taqueria
- Proven grill cooking expertise especially in Mexican cuisine
- Prior fast food or restaurant experience
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Food handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
Job Duties
- Supervise three in-store restaurants at different locations
- Oversee and organize a team of employees
- Create and update menu focused on Tacos and Tortas
- Grill and prepare food items specialized in Mexican cuisine
- Serve customers and handle queries
- Perform cleaning and maintain hygiene standards
- Conduct inventory management and stock control
