Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Mexican restaurant environment
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Food handler's card required upon hiring
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Reliable transportation to multiple store locations
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a Taquero in a taqueria
  • Proven grill cooking expertise especially in Mexican cuisine
  • Prior fast food or restaurant experience
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Food handler's card (or willingness to obtain)

Job Duties

  • Supervise three in-store restaurants at different locations
  • Oversee and organize a team of employees
  • Create and update menu focused on Tacos and Tortas
  • Grill and prepare food items specialized in Mexican cuisine
  • Serve customers and handle queries
  • Perform cleaning and maintain hygiene standards
  • Conduct inventory management and stock control
