Job Description

Our establishment is a specialized Mexican cuisine restaurant group focusing primarily on authentic Tacos and Tortas. We operate three in-store restaurant locations, offering customers a genuine dining experience rooted in traditional Mexican flavors and cooking techniques. Our brand values quality, consistency, and cultural authenticity, aiming to deliver mouth-watering, fresh, and flavorful dishes that celebrate Mexican culinary heritage. We pride ourselves on our dedicated team and efficient operations that support the unique requirements of each location while maintaining cohesive brand standards across all stores.

We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor with a strong background as a Taquero and grill expert to oversee our three in-store restaurants situated at different store locations. This supervisory role is vital to managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality service, and maintaining food safety standards. The successful candidate will not only supervise but also contribute directly by utilizing hands-on grilling skills when necessary, demonstrating leadership and culinary proficiency. The role demands excellent organizational skills to manage and coordinate multiple teams, implement efficient workflows, and maintain clear communication across locations.

The Supervisor will be responsible for creating and refining the menu with a primary focus on Tacos and Tortas, crafting dishes that appeal to our diverse customer base. This position is an hourly wage role with weekly pay, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead in a fast-paced environment while working with a passionate team committed to Mexican cuisine excellence. Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is essential to engage effectively with a multicultural staff and clientele.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Mexican restaurant environment
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Food handler's card required upon hiring
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Reliable transportation to multiple store locations
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a Taquero in a taqueria
  • Proven grill cooking expertise especially in Mexican cuisine
  • Prior fast food or restaurant experience
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Food handler's card (or willingness to obtain)

Job Duties

  • Supervise three in-store restaurants at different locations
