Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 6 months management experience in a full service restaurant or related field
  • Must have current Florida driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Current Manager ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Train and develop team members to deliver high quality food and excellent guest service
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Manage staffing schedules, payroll, and labor costs efficiently
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders with vendors
  • Implement company policies and procedures consistently across the restaurant
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and create a positive work environment
