Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 6 months management experience in a full service restaurant or related field
- Must have current Florida driver’s license and auto insurance
- Current Manager ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Train and develop team members to deliver high quality food and excellent guest service
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Manage staffing schedules, payroll, and labor costs efficiently
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints to maintain guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders with vendors
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently across the restaurant
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and create a positive work environment
