Job Requirements

  • Have at least one year of recent fine dining restaurant experience
  • 2-5 years of previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Be professional team players that take pride in providing superior hospitality to our Guests

  • At least one year of recent fine dining restaurant experience
  • Preferred 2-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to work as a professional team player
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to superior hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house teams to ensure superior guest experiences
  • Maintain operational excellence and quality consistency in all daily activities
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members through structured programs
  • Manage guest relations professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale environment
  • Collaborate with staff to uphold the restaurant’s high standards of hospitality and service
  • Oversee inventory, staffing schedules, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work with management to identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement
