Job Requirements
- Have at least one year of recent fine dining restaurant experience
- 2-5 years of previous supervisory experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Lead front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house teams to ensure superior guest experiences
- Maintain operational excellence and quality consistency in all daily activities
- Train, mentor, and develop team members through structured programs
- Manage guest relations professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Collaborate with staff to uphold the restaurant’s high standards of hospitality and service
- Oversee inventory, staffing schedules, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work with management to identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement
