The Restaurant Manager position at Pappas Restaurants is ideal for current or aspiring hospitality professionals enthusiastic about food, beverage, and customer service. Job Requirements

  • At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
  • Previous management experience is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study or Associate degree in Culinary Arts
  • Team players with natural leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for working with people and delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure operational excellence and maintain quality and consistency in all restaurant areas
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Implement and uphold company policies, standards, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate training programs for staff development and performance improvement
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor financial performance and work to achieve sales and profitability goals
