Job Requirements

  • At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
  • bachelor's degree in any field of study or an associate's in culinary arts
  • team players, natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people
  • previous management experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
  • lead and develop restaurant team members through training and coaching
  • oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • monitor and analyze financial performance including sales, labor costs, and profitability
  • create work schedules and manage staffing to meet business needs
  • resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of quality and consistency
