Job Requirements
- At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
- bachelor's degree in any field of study or an associate's in culinary arts
- team players, natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people
- previous management experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- lead and develop restaurant team members through training and coaching
- oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- monitor and analyze financial performance including sales, labor costs, and profitability
- create work schedules and manage staffing to meet business needs
- resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of quality and consistency
