Job Requirements
- At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study or Associate’s in Culinary Arts
- Team players, natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or Associate's in Culinary Arts
- Hospitality or Business degrees preferred
- Previous management experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Oversee guest service to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- Maintain quality and consistency across all food and beverage offerings
- Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships to optimize resources
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management team to drive sales and manage budgets
