The role offers a competitive salary range between $55,300 and $74,600 annually, with additional compensation available through an annual bonus plan based on individual and company performance or an uncapped sales incentive program. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, scheduling and assigning tasks for team members, and overseeing shift responsibilities to ensure compliance with quality, sanitary, and legal standards. Other duties include assisting with team member training, monitoring performance, facilitating open communication for necessary corrections, and supporting administrative tasks such as ordering and inventory management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and 10-hour shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
  • ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong computer skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems and online reservation systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
  • No degree required

Job Duties

  • Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Support and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment for hourly team members, promoting teamwork, engagement, and morale on every shift
  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
  • Assist team member training, monitor their performance while keeping an open communication for corrections needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory
