Job Requirements

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • Two to three years of full employment in a related position
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant and hotel practices and procedures
  • Strong supervision and management communication skills
  • Ability to investigate, analyze activities and information, and make logical conclusions and recommendations
  • Ability to make occasional decisions within established policy and procedures
  • Excellent comprehension for guest and associate matters
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Ability to read and implement policies, procedures, schedules, forecasts and SOPs
  • Knowledge of chemicals and agents for training purposes

Job Duties

  • Manage the associates in the various outlets in order to attract, retain and motivate employees
  • hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel staff
  • conduct performance and salary reviews
  • resolve problems and recommend discipline or termination as appropriate
  • Implement company programs and manage operations of restaurant, room service, and other food and beverage outlets to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and federal, state, and local laws
  • Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on budgets including labor, food, beverage, supplies, and equipment to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
  • Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and improve future sales
  • Create, recommend and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations and ideas to attract more in-house guests and expand local market share
  • Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service
