The role of Restaurant Manager is a critical leadership position within our restaurant group. This role requires a passionate and driven individual who can consistently exceed goals and maintain operational standards while fostering a positive work environment. The Restaurant Manager will actively lead by example, mentoring and training their team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. From managing labor and scheduling, to overseeing cleanliness and compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, this role is essential for ensuring smooth operations in a high-volume setting. Our managers are committed to guest satisfaction, hospitality excellence, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Proven leadership skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage labor and scheduling effectively
  • Strong commitment to guest service and operational standards
  • Experience in a high-volume, casual upscale-casual restaurant setting
  • Ability to maintain composure and perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, full-service, systems-driven casual to upscale-casual restaurant
  • Demonstrated leadership skills: approachable, team-oriented, leads by example, and committed to maintaining standards
  • Experience managing labor, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations
  • Strong commitment to guest service, hospitality standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance
  • Track record of maintaining standards, exceeding goals, and building strong team relationships
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment

Job Duties

  • Train, mentor, and lead teams by setting high expectations and consistently delivering results
  • Foster positive, respectful relationships throughout the restaurant while maintaining accountability
  • Stay actively involved in all areas of the restaurant with constant awareness of service, operations, and guest experience
  • Uphold high hospitality and service standards with strong attention to detail
  • Work alongside the team to create outstanding guest experiences every time
  • Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Monitor labor, staffing levels, service flow, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and create solutions that build loyalty and trust
