This job opening is for the role of a Restaurant Manager at Whataburger, based at the location 10118 N Main St, Archdale, NC 27263-2906. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-volume restaurant that typically achieves over $4 million in annual sales and employs more than fifty team members. This position involves overseeing daily operations while ensuring that food quality, service standards, and cleanliness are upheld. The role requires rotating through different areas of responsibility, including customer service, quality assurance, and people management, to foster a comprehensive leadership skill set tailored to prepare for future advancement opportunities such as becoming an Operating Partner.

Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • possess a high school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience
  • be able to meet business needs and have open availability, including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and maintain dependable attendance
  • have ability to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs, and meet physical demands
  • have 1-3 years of leadership experience
  • possess ServSafe Food Manager Certification or the ability to successfully obtain and pass the exam during training
  • possess a valid driver’s license and maintain current automobile liability at minimum levels in your state of residence
