Job Requirements

  • two years of restaurant management experience including front-of-house
  • ability to meet company attire standards
  • resilience and grit in managing tough shifts
  • effective coaching and team development skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • readiness to learn kitchen operations
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • Cares about people – builds relationships with guests and team members
  • Humble – eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
  • Experience with managing a large team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
  • 2 years of restaurant management experience – must have FOH experience but would be great to have some sort of kitchen management experience as well
  • Can meet our attire standards – no neck tattoos, long beards, fake eye lashes, and long acrylic nails
  • Grit and resilience – has previous experience working tough shifts, but is able to share examples of how they grew and powered through those tough days – see interview guide
  • Ability to coach and develop team members in a supportive and caring way – see interview guide
  • Kitchen experience – if they do not, at least has a strong desire to learn – we will teach
  • Has been apart of restaurant concepts that are systematic and structured – not mom & pop style
  • (knows how to use scheduling platforms, has done inventory, has been a part of managing company roll outs (new menus, systems, initiatives)
  • Volume & Team size – managed a concept that does over 25k per week in sales and overseen teams of 15 +
  • Some sort of fast-casual restaurant experience

  • Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else
