Job Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and lead teams
  • Experience with cash handling and inventory control
  • Completion of management training programs
  • Knowledge of food and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Direct the work of store employees to maintain a profitable environment
  • Ensure best-in-class service, hospitality, food, and beverage
  • Manage costs and local store marketing
  • Enforce employment policies and incident documentation
  • Uphold cleanliness and health code standards
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Drive sales through team collaboration
  • Hold kitchen staff accountable to safety and sanitation
  • Handle cash including employee checkouts and bank deposits
  • Address discrimination and harassment issues properly
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere
  • Coach, counsel, and motivate team members
  • Recruit and cast employees according to guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to Steps of Service and P.E.A.K.S. service
  • Maintain training schedules and execute development programs
  • Manage performance-based scheduling
  • Practice sound inventory control
  • Set a professional example in conduct and appearance
