CJ's Butcher Boy Burgers is a well-established restaurant known for its commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest. Our company culture is centered around customer satisfaction, valuing positivity, effective communication, confidence, and a dedication to ensuring that every guest’s experience is second to none. At CJ's Butcher Boy Burgers, we pride ourselves on upholding high standards that represent our brand values and set us apart in the hospitality industry. We focus strongly on team collaboration, leadership development, and operational excellence to maintain our position as a leading restaurant within our community.
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Management in Training (MIT) to support our Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in overseeing the daily operations of a single restaurant location. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their leadership skills and grow within the restaurant management field. The MIT plays a crucial role in driving key performance outcomes, maintaining high standards of service, ensuring smooth operational processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires the ability to manage inventory, lead a dedicated team, and ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently while delivering high-quality food and service to guests.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work alongside experienced managers and participate in leadership development initiatives that prepare them for future restaurant management roles. Working at CJ's Butcher Boy Burgers means being part of a team that is passionate about hospitality and customer service. As an MIT, you will be entrusted with significant operational responsibilities, including inventory management, quality control, cash handling, staff training, and guest relations. You will also play an active role in recruiting new team members, creating and monitoring work schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in order to meet and exceed guest expectations.
This role involves flexible scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure the restaurant functions optimally. Candidates will be expected to work long or irregular shifts as needed to support the team effectively. The position provides valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with ample opportunities to develop practical skills in restaurant operations, leadership, and business management. Joining CJ's Butcher Boy Burgers means embracing our commitment to quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, all while advancing your career in the hospitality industry.
