We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the vibrant restaurant at The Davenport Tower. This role demands a dynamic leader who thrives in the hospitality industry with a keen eye for culinary excellence and customer service. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring the highest quality dining experience for our guests, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include overseeing team training and development, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, and driving guest satisfaction to continually enhance our dining reputation. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost guest engagement and restaurant revenue, monitoring financial performance, controlling operational costs, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. This leadership role requires staying abreast of industry trends and working closely with culinary teams to recommend and implement menu improvements.
