- At least 5 years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven track record in successfully leading and growing restaurant revenues and profitability
- Strong analytical technical and communication skills
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
- Excellence in problem-solving multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Mastery of restaurant operational systems budgeting and financial analysis
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team-oriented work environment
- Robust understanding of food and beverage trends marketing best practices and restaurant competitive analysis
- Flexibility to work weekends evenings and holidays as needed
