The Loews Atlanta Hotel balances modern southern charm with metropolitan luxury, offering beautiful rooms, spectacular views, and exceptional hospitality to create an unforgettable guest experience. This property is an epitome of elegance and comfort in the heart of the city, designed to meet the needs of both leisure and business travelers alike.

The successful candidate will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and workforce development for multiple outlets, ensuring operational efficiency within budgetary constraints. Responsibilities also include inventory control, payroll management, guest interaction to gauge satisfaction, and enforcing compliance with safety and quality standards. Regular collaboration with culinary leadership is necessary to anticipate and manage special events, reservations, and VIP visits.

This leadership role also includes mentoring and performance evaluation duties, as the individual will coach, counsel, and retrain staff to elevate service levels consistently. Participation in hotel-wide and departmental meetings ensures that the incumbent stays informed of current promotions and operational changes, supporting a cohesive team environment throughout the hotel.

Loews offers a comprehensive benefits package emphasizing health and wellness, career growth through training and development, and a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion. Employees benefit from competitive health insurance options, a 401(k) plan with company match, various paid leave options including bereavement and pet bereavement leave, tuition reimbursement programs, pet insurance, and exclusive hotel rates and perks.

Overall, this role is ideal for a seasoned food and beverage professional with a passion for hospitality excellence who seeks to grow their career within a reputed hotel company that values personal development and employee well-being. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work weekends and holidays, reflective of the dynamic hospitality environment.
