Job Requirements

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year management experience internally or 3 years external management experience
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training
  • ServSafe certification
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to use personal vehicle for business travel
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform basic math

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ServSafe certified
  • Completed Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Proficient in English speaking reading and writing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
