Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager (internal promote)
- Minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility (external recruit)
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- Proficient in computer use
- Commitment to ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal promotion
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a full P&L service concept for external recruits
- ServSafe certification required
- Completion of restaurant manager training classes required
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient with personal computers and software applications
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels and ensures training systems are implemented and followed
- Develops internal candidates for management and team leader roles
- Creates an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe work environment
- Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- Manages daily operations to ensure excellent restaurant service and food quality
- Responds professionally to guest concerns and ensures positive resolutions
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- Utilizes management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Develops and implements action plans based on data analysis
- Focuses on increasing sales and profitability while managing costs and budgets
- Treats employees and guests with respect and maintains high ethical standards
- Provides ongoing training, coaching, and recognition for employees
- Demonstrates guest service techniques and manages conflict effectively
- Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and labor laws
- Performs other related duties as assigned
