Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience in restaurant environment
- experience in supervising and training staff
- excellent communication skills
- able to work in all areas of the restaurant
- ability to operate computerized point of sale system
- able to stand, bend, and walk throughout workday
- ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with computerized point of sale systems desirable
- ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives
Job Duties
- Complete and post staff work schedules
- recruit, reward and terminate staff as needed
- communicate changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff
- ensure compliance with local and national health and food safety codes
- maintain business records as outlined in the operational manual
- analyze business records to increase sales
- support local and national marketing initiatives
- identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
- plan special events and promotions
- complete required training courses
