Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience in restaurant environment
  • experience in supervising and training staff
  • excellent communication skills
  • able to work in all areas of the restaurant
  • ability to operate computerized point of sale system
  • able to stand, bend, and walk throughout workday
  • ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • strong communication skills
  • familiarity with computerized point of sale systems desirable
  • ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives

Job Duties

  • Complete and post staff work schedules
  • recruit, reward and terminate staff as needed
  • communicate changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff
  • ensure compliance with local and national health and food safety codes
  • maintain business records as outlined in the operational manual
  • analyze business records to increase sales
  • support local and national marketing initiatives
  • identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
  • plan special events and promotions
  • complete required training courses
