The Restaurant Manager position at Majors Management offers a full-time, onsite role that reports directly to the Store Manager. This position plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, steering the team, and driving the establishment’s profitability. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be entrusted with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff to create a dedicated and customer-focused workforce. You are responsible for managing inventory levels efficiently, overseeing employee performance, and scheduling shifts to meet guest demand while controlling labor costs.

In addition to operational management, the role demands an active focus on improving sales by identifying trends, analyzing business metrics such as payroll and loss prevention, and implementing actionable strategies to enhance revenue opportunities. Ensuring compliance with brand standards, company policies, and health department regulations is essential to this role. The Restaurant Manager serves as a leader who fosters a culture centered on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This position requires excellent communication skills to effectively convey company objectives, set team expectations, and monitor results to drive performance.

Furthermore, this role requires availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as well as being on call 24/7 to handle any urgent situations. The ideal candidate is expected to have a high school diploma or GED with at least 1-2 years of food service management experience. A valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record is also required.
