The Restaurant Manager at Polly’s Pies plays a critical leadership role, overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure that the brand promise is delivered every day. This role requires a passionate and skilled individual who can lead the team through accountability and ownership, enhancing both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The manager’s responsibilities include workforce planning, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and coaching, as well as proficient management of store policies and service standards. The role demands effective leadership in managing labor, team communications, scheduling, and enforcement of procedures to maintain seamless operations.
Additionally, the Restaurant Manager at Polly's Pies is directly accountable for the financial health of the store, including managing the profit and loss (P&L) statement, forecasting sales, and controlling costs while supporting sales growth through marketing and community engagement. They are tasked with building strong guest relationships, ensuring food safety compliance, inventory control, cash handling, and labor management. This role also requires close coordination with the area director and the home office to align store strategies and financial goals with corporate objectives.
The manager must be skilled in team development, coaching management staff, and fostering an environment that prioritizes safety and excellence. They will establish and enforce health and safety standards, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must provide proof of auto insurance
- Must have food preparation skills related to restaurant business
- Must be knowledgeable in food safety and health codes

Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of food service and restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of store operations and management principles
- Intermediate computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Food preparation skills relevant to restaurant business
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and health codes
- Customer-focused with exceptional customer relations skills
- Successful completion of company management development training program
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Job Duties
