Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must provide proof of auto insurance
  • Must have food preparation skills related to restaurant business
  • Must be knowledgeable in food safety and health codes
  • Must have intermediate computer skills
  • Must have extensive experience in customer relations

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of food service and restaurant supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of store operations and management principles
  • Intermediate computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
  • Food preparation skills relevant to restaurant business
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and health codes
  • Customer-focused with exceptional customer relations skills
  • Successful completion of company management development training program
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

Job Duties

  • Deliver high-quality results through workforce planning including recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage store operations through policies, service standards, and operational procedures
  • Lead labor and team management including scheduling and counseling
  • Build and develop team through coaching, delegation, and accountability
  • Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring and improving food and service quality
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and oversee store financial controls
  • Implement store marketing initiatives and community relations programs
