Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Must be knowledgeable in food safety and health codes
- Must have intermediate computer skills
- Must have extensive experience in customer relations
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of food service and restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of store operations and management principles
- Intermediate computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Food preparation skills relevant to restaurant business
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and health codes
- Customer-focused with exceptional customer relations skills
- Successful completion of company management development training program
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality results through workforce planning including recruitment and onboarding
- Manage store operations through policies, service standards, and operational procedures
- Lead labor and team management including scheduling and counseling
- Build and develop team through coaching, delegation, and accountability
- Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring and improving food and service quality
- Adhere to cash handling policies and oversee store financial controls
- Implement store marketing initiatives and community relations programs
