Shake Shack is currently hiring for a Restaurant Manager position, an essential role that drives daily operations and ensures superior service and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The Restaurant Manager will lead and train a team, fostering a culture of excellence and motivation aligned with the brand's mission to Stand For Something Good. This role offers a competitive salary range of $27.90 to $34.40 per hour along with quarterly performance bonuses. As a Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack, you will manage all aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation and purchasing to personnel management and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience and a working knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial aspects. Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Food handler certification, preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
