Among their prestigious establishments is Momosan Ramen by Morimoto, located in the vibrant city of Boston. This restaurant is part of a dynamic dining scene that blends exceptional culinary experiences with top-tier service standards. Delaware North, a family-owned business with over 100 years of history, prides itself on offering not only great dining venues but also meaningful career opportunities for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry. The company operates across diverse environments, including iconic sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and more, providing employees with a broad spectrum of growth and success paths.

The Patina Group at Delaware North is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join the team at Momosan Ramen. This management role is pivotal in overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service while maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations. The position demands a hands-on leader equipped with strong restaurant and bar experience, including expertise in cocktails and beverage management. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of overall restaurant operations, from staff scheduling and training to inventory management and maintaining quality and sanitary standards.

As a Restaurant Manager at Momosan Ramen, you will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming environment that highlights Japanese cuisine, especially ramen, with some familiarity with sushi. This role requires a leader who is energetic, adaptable, and proficient in balancing high-volume service periods with slower times, ensuring consistent guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the floor operations, developing your team through effective training and performance management, and upholding the establishment's standards of excellence.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $65,500 to $88,400 annually, complemented by an annual bonus plan based on individual and company performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan. Delaware North also provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees' professional and personal lives. The work schedule includes evening and day shifts, weekends, holidays, on-call duties, and 10-hour shifts, catering to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global legacy dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
