The role is that of a Restaurant Supervisor, a pivotal position responsible for efficiently overseeing and guiding all restaurant associates to perform their job duties to the highest standards. This role entails a broad scope of responsibilities including scheduling, evaluating, and directing all restaurant personnel along with enforcing disciplinary actions when necessary. The supervisor acts as a critical link between management and associates by maintaining open communication channels and ensuring that the team is well-informed and motivated.

Additionally, the Restaurant Supervisor is tasked with managing inventory to guarantee that all necessary supplies and materials are available for smooth operations. An important aspect of the job involves establishing and reviewing liquor procedures to maintain security and accountability within the restaurant. The supervisor actively participates in various meetings such as monthly department meetings, property manager on duty (MOD) programs, weekly staff meetings, and department-specific meetings for restaurant, room service, and lounge teams.
