Job Requirements
- 1-3 plus years leadership experience
- Team leadership skills
- Ability to connect with others to build a team
- Interest in hospitality and sales skills
- Desire for continuous growth
- Valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits or ability to obtain
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
- Repetitive manual tasks
Job Qualifications
- Leadership experience of 1-3 plus years
- Natural born leader in any crowd
- Ability to connect with others to build and retain a team
- Interest in honing hospitality and sales building skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth
- Valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and develop team members
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol handling standards
Job Duties
- Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership
- Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Exude professionalism, friendliness and fun towards fellow partners, guests, vendors, business associates, etc
- Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment
- Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor
- Supervise and guide our service and experience standards and provide impactful coaching as needed
- Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences
- Fulfill recruitment needs, impact positive candidate experience and selection and retain your team
- Support with training and development of technical knowledge and execution
- Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams
- Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures
