Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience with 1-2 years in management
- Valid Food Handler, Food Manager, and TABC certifications
- Proven leadership skills in hiring, training, and team management
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing hourly team members
- Experience with inventory control and back-of-house kitchen operations
- Current Food Handler, Food Manager, and TABC certifications
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local restaurant compliance requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- and stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to work a flexible 50–55-hour schedule, including weekends, holidays, and mixed shifts

Job Duties

- As the Manager of Josephine Street, you’re in the driver’s seat — running daily operations, developing your team, maintaining high standards, and creating memorable experiences for every guest
- You lead with heart and hustle, balancing service, safety, quality, and fun in every shift
- Lead the Team: Hire, train, schedule, coach, and hold team members accountable with clear expectations and empathy
- Deliver Great Guest Experiences: Be present on the floor, address concerns with urgency, and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for
- Support Kitchen & Bar: Assist with line checks, prep, and food execution to maintain speed, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage Inventory: Oversee food and bar ordering, inventory accuracy, and cost controls
- Ensure Compliance: Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, labor laws, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Promote a Positive Culture: Foster a safe, fun, and collaborative environment built on trust and performance
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with HR, safety, training, and operations teams to support the success of your location
