The company prides itself on delivering authentic and high-quality pizza experiences that celebrate its rich family heritage and traditional recipes brought to life from their mother's original cooking. Beyond its physical restaurant presence, Giordano's also offers nationwide shipping, allowing pizza enthusiasts to enjoy its signature flavors from the comfort of their homes. This expansion demonstrates the company’s commitment to accessibility and customer satisfaction, making Giordano's a prominent name in the food service industry.

Reporting directly to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, the Restaurant Manager oversees all restaurant employees and acts as a key liaison between kitchen staff, bar staff, corporate offices, guests, vendors, and regulatory inspections. The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to implement company policies effectively to maximize profitability while maintaining superior guest satisfaction.
This full-time position offers an attractive salary range from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. The benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, short and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, pet insurance, employee assistance programs, free meals, and paid training opportunities. The firm also prides itself on maintaining an inclusive, harassment-free work environment with a commitment to equal employment opportunity, ensuring fairness and respect for all employees regardless of age, race, gender, or other protected statuses.
