The role of Manager at Jersey Mike's offers an attractive compensation package including a starting hourly wage of $23.75, biweekly bonuses based on 10% of customer tips, and additional quarterly performance bonuses. A new manager has the potential to earn an average total compensation of $60,000 or more annually. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food handler’s permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Service-oriented with customers and team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle service issues professionally
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Physical ability to stand, twist, reach, grab, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to 100 percent attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in team or shift leader role in restaurant, retail or convenience store
  • Jersey Mike's phase 1 and 3 certification with phase 2 within 12 months
  • Knowledge of employment law and human resource practices
  • Familiarity with business and management principles including planning and budgeting
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Food handler's permit
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record and liability coverage

Job Duties
