- currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising senior
- serious interest in pursuing a career in restaurant or culinary management
- ability to commit to the internship duration and work schedule
- willingness to relocate if required

- strong work ethic and professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- currently a rising senior with intent to pursue a career in restaurant management or culinary management
- strong interest in hospitality and the restaurant industry
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- previous restaurant experience is beneficial but not required
- eagerness to learn management and operational skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to relocate depending on internship placement
Job Duties
- apprentice staff-level roles to understand daily restaurant operations including service and hospitality
- participate in management-level functions such as hiring, training, and coaching staff
- assist with inventory management to maintain operational efficiency
- contribute to P&L oversight and financial understanding of restaurant performance
- collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of customer service
- support various restaurant departments based on operational needs
- adapt to placement in different restaurant locations based on business requirements
