Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience as a restaurant manager in a fast-paced, upscale dining establishment
  • Proven track record of managing front-of-house operations, leading a team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail selections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in using restaurant POS systems and other business software
  • Must be fluent in English language
  • bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Current TABC Server Permit

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, upscale dining establishment
  • Proven track record of managing front-of-house operations, leading a team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail selections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in using restaurant POS systems and other business software
  • Fluent in English
  • bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  • Current TABC Server Permit

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house activities to ensure efficient and timely service
  • Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and customer satisfaction by regularly inspecting dining areas, monitoring guest feedback, and addressing any issues promptly
  • Train, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards, follow operating procedures, and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Assist with scheduling and assigning shifts for FOH personnel, balancing workload and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity and ensure optimal guest flow
  • Monitor and control restaurant costs by minimizing waste, implementing cost-saving measures, and conducting regular inventory audits
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue and attract new customers
