Reporting directly to the District Manager, the Restaurant Manager is accountable for maintaining regulatory compliance, conducting loss prevention audits, and delivering timely communication regarding operational issues and successes. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week including weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards with ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including employee selection and performance management
