Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience preferred

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Job Duties

  • Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, and profitability
  • Implement marketing initiatives and budgeting for the restaurant outlets
  • Provide supervision and professional development to team members including conducting counseling and evaluations
  • Monitor and assess product, service, and satisfaction trends and make improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members
  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable of outlet offerings, pricing, policies, and local area events
