Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant management, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Extensive knowledge of beverage and coffee offerings
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated passion for guest satisfaction and hospitality
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control practices

Job Duties

  • Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, budgeting and forecasting, marketing initiatives, policy enforcement, and meeting facilitation
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Assess product and service satisfaction trends, address issues, and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Implement marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable about outlet offerings, pricing, policies, facilities, events, and local area
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members
