We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant General Manager who can lead one of our franchise-owned McDonald's restaurants with confidence and passion. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $58,700 to $85,000 dependent on experience, along with an additional bonus program based on performance results. The role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the operational hours of the fast-paced quick-service restaurant industry. The General Manager will play a vital role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing human resources, and ensuring both the financial and customer service goals are met at the highest level.
As a General Manager, you will be the driving force behind your restaurant’s success. Your leadership will set the tone for everything from team engagement to food safety and customer satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and develop a dedicated team aimed at reducing turnover and fostering a culture of growth and inclusivity. With a strong focus on operational precision, you will supervise staffing, control inventory, and monitor financial performance to maximize profitability. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations, with food safety positioned as a top priority. This is an active management position requiring hands-on involvement in a fast-paced environment that demands standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and willing to relocate within Colorado if business needs require. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and impeccable punctuality. They will bring proven restaurant management experience preferably within McDonald's or similar quick-service restaurant chains, a high school diploma or equivalent (with a college degree in business or hospitality considered a plus), and strong financial acumen.
