Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of labor management and cost control
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-volume environment
  • A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
  • Proven ability to manage in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Solid understanding of labor management, cost controls, and operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day front and/or back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting
  • Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor during peak service times
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
  • Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and productivity to meet business goals
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
  • Partner with ownership to uphold the restaurant’s culture, values, and reputation
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
