Job Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of labor management and cost control
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day front and/or back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting
- Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor during peak service times
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and productivity to meet business goals
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
- Partner with ownership to uphold the restaurant’s culture, values, and reputation
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
