Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or hospitality
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to obtain valid food handler card
Ability to obtain valid ServSafe certification
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
Ability to obtain valid food handler card

Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with restaurant financials and operational metrics

Job Duties

Support development of restaurant operating plans with General Manager
Plan schedules and analyze staffing needs

Maintain inventory levels and ordering procedures
Direct operational execution for guest satisfaction
