Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a restaurant management role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Physical stamina to manage the demands of the job

- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Job Duties
- Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
- Maintaining operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed
- Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
- Managing daily operations to uphold quality and service standards
- Coordinating with the franchisee on employment-related matters
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
