Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant management role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to comply with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Physical stamina to manage the demands of the job

Job Duties

  • Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
  • Maintaining operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed
  • Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
  • Managing daily operations to uphold quality and service standards
  • Coordinating with the franchisee on employment-related matters
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
