As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5-15 employees, guiding and motivating them towards achieving operational and customer service excellence. You will play a pivotal role in day-to-day restaurant operations, which may include managing food preparation, cash handling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, guest interactions, and assisting the General Manager with various assigned tasks.

Whether it is coaching and leading your team, engaging directly with guests to enhance their dining experience, or helping with operational duties such as cooking and dishwashing, your involvement will be integral to creating a smooth-running and welcoming restaurant atmosphere.
