Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant management role
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of local and federal employment laws
- physically able to manage the demands of a restaurant environment
- valid food handler certification preferred
